<image:title>Tim Rynott Bio - Tim Rynott - CEO, Exploration Geologist</image:title>
<image:caption>Mr. Rynott, founder of Four Corners Helium, LLC, has almost 40 years of oil and gas experience - primarily focused on prospect generation and prospect risk analysis. During his career he has generated or endorsed discoveries with a gross net worth of almost $1Bn US. In 2009, Mr. Rynott founded Ridge Resources, ultimately coordinating the leasing/optioning of over 100,000 acres for both drilling and 3D opportunities in the onshore GOM. Over $100 MM has been appropriated to date thru these endeavors, proving up 5-10 MMBOE of possible reserve additions. As the Geological Manager at Red Willow Production he oversaw twelve Gulf of Mexico basins, plus managed their highly successful Ultra-Deepwater activity in the Gulf of Mexico. Through his many endeavors over the years, Mr. Rynott has established an imposing network of top explorationists, allowing him to create the model integrated team for successful helium exploration. The ultimate goal to become one of the top Helium exploration companies in the world. Mr. Rynott has held key leadership positions on numerous national and regional Boards, including AAPG (Advisory Council), GCAGS, and LOGA. He is an Ex-President of both the Lafayette and Four Corners Geological Societies, and has been a sought after Domestic and International speaker. He is presently serving as the Rocky Mountain Section Counselor for the AAPG Division of Professional Affairs. “In terms of the Helium extraction business, one must distinguish hype from reality. For many, helium provides a potential quick hit ‘catchy-commodity’ which is easy to hype and promote; for others, helium is one of the most elusive commodities on the planet, and only the confluence of hard science, sweat and perseverance will make it an economic reality.” TIM RYNOTT</image:caption>

<image:title>Jake Cammack Bio - Jake Cammack - Partner, Geochemist, Specialist in Geographic Information Systems (GIS)</image:title>
<image:caption>Jake meticulously created a database with over 17,000 gas-composition and helium analyses which likely comprises the most complete gas-geochemistry dataset ever assembled for Utah, Colorado, New Mexico and Arizona. Using this database he is developing and implementing predictive multivariate analysis and GIS to define prospects and to predict helium concentration, source, migration, accumulation and trap characteristics across the Colorado Plateau. Jake designed and implemented a soil-gas study in SW Colorado and led a team to adapt a quadrupole mass spectrometer to make real-time gas-composition-analyses of soil-gasses collected in the field. He was among the first wellsite geochemists to utilize mass spectrometry on gasses from Mississippian, Devonian, and Precambrian rocks on a helium project in NW New Mexico. His acuity with GIS computer-mapping was developed as an instructor at Fort Lewis College in Durango, Colorado. This software is crucial for integrating and relating complex datasets, including: lease information, geological structures, geophysical anomalies, topography, and gas composition trends. Jake earned his MS in geochemistry from the University of Wisconsin – Madison where he used fieldwork, and carbon/oxygen isotopes to study 3.4-billion-year-old fossilized stromatolites from Australia, that are thought to be evidence of the oldest known lifeforms on earth. His MS-work is published in the Journal of Precambrian Research. Jake’s BS thesis from Fort Lewis College in Durango, Colorado focused on the Navajo Volcanic Field in Northwestern New Mexico and Northeastern Arizona. His BS thesis used petrography, chlorine isotopes and fluorine trends to unravel the magma’s gas and fluid origins. Volcanics are likely factors in helium sourcing and migration. Jake developed and maintains this website.</image:caption>

<image:caption>The Colorado Plateau of the Four Corners region is underlain by voluminous, helium-source rocks that are over 1.6 billion years old. The source rocks are blanketed by thousand’s of feet of sedimentary rocks deposited over the last 480 million years with numerous reservoir-opportunities for economic helium accumulation. Four Corners Helium is committed to finding and developing economically-viable helium reservoirs in one of the most prospective regions on earth for helium exploration.</image:caption>

<image:caption>Terrestrial helium forms in source-rocks by the radioactivity of elements like uranium and thorium. In contrast to its earthly-generation by radiogenesis, helium is arguably the most harmless, unreactive element on the periodic table; in fact, inhaling mixtures of helium and oxygen is routine in medicine and underwater SCUBA diving applications (e.g. Anthonisen et al., 1971; Gluck et al., 1990). Helium-oxygen mixtures are also being tested on patients for treatment of Covid-19 symptoms (Ma et al., 2020).</image:caption>

<image:title>Martin Leipzig bio - Dr. Martin Leipzig - Petroleum geologist and engineer</image:title>
<image:caption>Martin Leipzig is an international consultant, scientific editor and author living in Farmington, New Mexico. He received his Ph.D. in 2022 from the University of North Dakota after a forty-year tenure in the global Oil Patch. He holds a BS in geology from the University of Wisconsin-Parkside (1980) and an MS in petroleum geology from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee (1982). Martin began in Houston with Conoco in 1982 and held on until the great oil blight of the late 80’s. From that point, he became an independent consultant and has worked for numerous oil companies ranging from the largest in world (Lukoil, CNOOC) to some of the smallest in Houston during the 90’s. He was a Sr. Geologist exploring some of the world’s largest gas fields (Qatar-North Field; Russia–Urengoy; Uzbekistan-Gazli), and utilized his skill sets for companies in South America (Argentina, Colombia and Venezuela); Central Asia ( Turkmenistan, Afghanistan, Kirgizstan, Kazakhstan, Tajikistan, Mongolia); plus Dagestan, Chechnya, and Kalmykia, Canada and the United States. While serving as Exploration Manager for several foreign oil and gas companies in Oman, he led successful drilling and production campaigns for CHOPS in the country’s interior, to deep gas on the country’s periphery. Specifically, he was the sole discoverer of economic quantities of helium sourced from Neoproterozoic aged rocks in the Sultanate. He has been active in the drilling and discovery of helium in Eastern Siberia, the Sichuan Province of China, Oman, Australia and Namibia for over 30 years. Martin is CEO and owner of the geological-geophysical-geomechanical consulting firm Brontosaurus Oil & Gas, which has previously operated in the Illinois, Anadarko, Green River, Big Horn and Permian Basins.</image:caption>
